Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Zeneno and explain the rules for accounts, autonomous builds, connected services, credits, and generated applications.

Effective August 7, 2026Last updated August 7, 2026

The short version

You own the applications and content you bring to or generate with Zeneno, subject to third-party rights. Zeneno may act autonomously in accounts you connect, so you must review the results and keep appropriate backups and permissions. Credits reflect usage, AI output is not guaranteed, and you may not use the Services to harm others or violate the law.

Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Zeneno governing the Zeneno website, application, support channels, software, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan or credits, or accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Services for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

Additional terms shown for a particular plan, feature, beta program, order, or connected service also apply. If additional terms conflict with these Terms, the additional terms control only for the product or feature they address.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use the Services. You must provide accurate account information, keep it current, and maintain the confidentiality of your login and recovery methods.

You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by anyone you authorize or anyone using credentials, access tokens, or service connections you provide. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Services

Zeneno uses software agents, artificial-intelligence models, developer tools, and third-party infrastructure to plan, generate, inspect, test, debug, revise, and deploy applications. Features and capabilities may vary by plan, account, model, provider availability, and project requirements.

Some features may be identified as beta, preview, experimental, invite-only, or early access. They may be incomplete, less reliable, or changed or discontinued more quickly than generally available features.

Autonomous actions

Zeneno is designed to take actions with limited step-by-step supervision. When you submit a request or connect a service, you authorize Zeneno to take actions reasonably related to that request, including reading, creating, modifying, moving, or deleting project files; running commands and tests; changing configuration; creating or updating database schemas and records; making API calls; and, where supported, creating, modifying, deploying, or removing infrastructure resources.

You are responsible for selecting the accounts and permissions you connect, confirming that you have authority to use them, reviewing material changes, and maintaining backups or recovery options appropriate to the project. You may stop or revoke access through available controls, but an action already completed may need to be reversed directly with the relevant provider.

Zeneno uses safeguards intended to reduce unintended changes, but autonomous systems can misunderstand instructions, encounter incomplete context, or produce unexpected results. Do not grant broader permissions than the task reasonably requires.

Your content and projects

"Customer Content" means prompts, instructions, messages, files, code, images, data, configuration, and other material you submit to or generate through the Services, including applications and project workspaces. As between you and Zeneno, you retain ownership of your Customer Content and, to the extent permitted by law, output generated specifically for you. Customer Content does not include the Services, Zeneno technology, or de-identified operational data.

You grant Zeneno a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and modify Customer Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the Services, comply with law, and carry out your instructions. This license does not transfer ownership and lasts only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, subject to the retention practices and deletion limitations described in our Privacy Policy. Our current AI-processing and model-training practices are also described there.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed to provide Customer Content and direct its processing. You are responsible for the applications you build and operate, including their content, end users, privacy notices, terms, accessibility, security, legal compliance, and any goods or services they offer.

Unless Zeneno agrees otherwise in writing, do not submit protected health information, payment-card data, government identifiers, financial-account credentials, biometric data, or other regulated or highly sensitive data. The standard Services are not designed to serve as a regulated system of record.

AI output and review

The Services may generate code, text, plans, designs, tests, analysis, or other output using third-party AI models. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, outdated, non-functional, or unsuitable for your intended use. Similar or identical output may be generated for other users, and output may be subject to third-party or open-source rights.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating output before relying on it or putting it into production. You must use appropriate human review and safeguards for medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, education, safety-critical, or other high-impact decisions. Zeneno does not provide professional advice and does not guarantee that output is unique, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose.

Connected services and user-owned infrastructure

You may connect third-party AI, database, hosting, storage, deployment, authentication, payment, domain, email, or other services ("Connected Services"). You authorize Zeneno to use credentials and permissions you provide to interact with those services at your direction.

Connected Services are governed by their own agreements, privacy policies, limits, fees, and availability. You are responsible for maintaining those accounts, paying provider charges, and complying with their terms. Zeneno is not responsible for a provider's acts, omissions, outages, price changes, data handling, or changes to its APIs or policies.

Canceling Zeneno, deleting a Zeneno session, or closing your account does not automatically delete or stop resources created in accounts you control. Applications, databases, storage, domains, subscriptions, payment objects, and other infrastructure may remain active and continue to incur charges until you manage them with the relevant provider.

Zeneno technology and license

Zeneno and its licensors own the Services and all related software, interfaces, workflows, orchestration, documentation, designs, trademarks, and technology, excluding Customer Content and third-party materials. Subject to these Terms, Zeneno grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for lawful personal or business purposes available under your plan.

You may use, modify, host, commercialize, and distribute applications generated for you, subject to rights and licenses that apply to included third-party or open-source materials. No right to the Zeneno platform itself is transferred to you.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Services, directly or indirectly, to:

  • violate law, sanctions, export controls, or the rights of another person;
  • create, distribute, or facilitate malware, credential theft, phishing, spam, fraud, unauthorized surveillance, or unauthorized access to systems or data;
  • harass, exploit, threaten, defame, impersonate, or endanger others, or create sexually exploitative content involving minors;
  • infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights;
  • bypass security, access, billing, credit, usage, or rate-limit controls, or conceal abusive activity;
  • probe, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, disrupt, overload, or resell the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it;
  • use output without appropriate review in a way that creates a material risk to a person's rights, health, safety, finances, or legal interests; or
  • represent that Zeneno sponsors, certifies, or endorses your application without written permission.

We may investigate suspected abuse and may remove content, restrict functionality, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, third parties, or the public.

Plans, credits, and billing

Zeneno may offer free, invite-only, paid, or usage-based plans. Current prices, included credits, limits, renewal periods, and plan features are shown at checkout, on the pricing page, or in your account. Those displayed terms control your purchase.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew for the stated period until canceled. You authorize Zeneno and its payment processor to charge the payment method on file for subscription fees, credit purchases, applicable taxes, and other charges you approve. You must keep billing information current.

"Credits" are internal usage units used to access AI and other metered features. They are not currency, deposits, stored value, property, or financial instruments; they are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Credit use may vary by model, context size, tool activity, retries, and task complexity. Estimates are informational and do not guarantee the final amount used.

Credits are ordinarily deducted after an AI call or other metered operation produces billable usage. A completed operation may consume credits even if its output later requires revision or does not achieve the desired result. Calls that do not return billable usage are not intentionally charged by Zeneno. Any rollover, expiration, freezing, bonus, or plan-specific credit rules displayed when credits are granted or purchased form part of these Terms. Zeneno may correct an obvious metering or account-balance error.

Fees exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for taxes, duties, and government charges associated with your purchase or use of the Services, except taxes based on Zeneno's net income.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a subscription through the available billing controls. Unless your account or checkout states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you retain plan access through that date. Canceling does not reverse provider charges or remove infrastructure in accounts you control.

Except where applicable law or a written policy presented at purchase requires otherwise, subscription fees and credit purchases are non-refundable. Where Zeneno offers a refund-request process, eligible users may ask us to review credit usage associated with a legitimate technical failure, such as a platform bug, agent malfunction, or abnormal loop. Reviews are case by case, and submitting a request does not guarantee a cash refund or credit adjustment.

Zeneno may issue a refund, account credit, or other adjustment at its discretion without creating an obligation to do so in similar cases. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, models, integrations, plans, or the Services. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes when practicable, but urgent security, legal, provider, or reliability issues may require immediate action.

We do not promise uninterrupted service, a particular model or provider, permanent availability of a deployment URL, compatibility with every technology, or that a build will complete within a particular time or credit amount. Maintenance, rate limits, provider failures, and events beyond our reasonable control may interrupt the Services.

Security responsibilities

Zeneno uses reasonable safeguards designed to protect the Services and stored credentials, but no system is completely secure. You are responsible for securing your account and applications, limiting connected-service permissions, rotating exposed credentials, maintaining backups, reviewing dependency and vulnerability risks, and responding to security incidents involving resources you control.

Do not use Zeneno as your only copy of production data or source code. If you discover a suspected vulnerability affecting Zeneno, report it privately to [email protected] and do not exploit it or disclose it in a way that increases risk.

Third-party and open-source terms

The Services and generated projects may include or depend on third-party software, APIs, content, models, packages, and open-source components. Those materials remain subject to their own terms and licenses. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with applicable notices, attribution requirements, use restrictions, and provider agreements.

Links and integrations do not imply that Zeneno controls or endorses the third party. If third-party terms conflict with your intended use, you must replace or remove the affected component or obtain the necessary rights.

Feedback

If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback about Zeneno, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of your applications or other Customer Content.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created a security or legal risk, failed to pay amounts due, abused the Services, or if suspension is required by law or a provider dependency. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

On termination, your license to use the Services ends and amounts already due remain payable. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, dispute terms, and general provisions. Data handling after termination is described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual-property complaints

If you believe material available through Zeneno infringes your intellectual-property rights, email [email protected] with your contact information, identification of the protected work, the location of the material, a good-faith statement explaining the issue, and evidence that you are authorized to act. We may request additional information and may remove or restrict material while reviewing a claim.

Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES, BETA FEATURES, CONNECTED-SERVICE INTERACTIONS, AND OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." ZENENO AND ITS PROVIDERS DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SECURITY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, UNIQUE, COMPLETE, LAWFUL, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR USE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZENENO AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, PROVIDERS, AND PERSONNEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, DATA, CREDITS, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, OUTPUT, CONNECTED SERVICES, OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeneno's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Zeneno for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) US $100.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. The limitations apply regardless of the legal theory and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zeneno and its affiliates, providers, and personnel from third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your Customer Content, applications, end users, violation of these Terms or law, infringement of another person's rights, misuse of the Services, or use of Connected Services. Zeneno will provide reasonable notice and cooperation, and you may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault by or imposes obligations on Zeneno without written consent.

Disputes and applicable law

Before filing a formal claim, you and Zeneno agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Send a notice describing the dispute and requested resolution to [email protected]. This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using a small-claims process where available.

Applicable law and courts with lawful jurisdiction will govern disputes, subject to any non-waivable consumer protections and any separate written agreement between you and Zeneno. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Services, business, providers, or law changes. We will post the revised Terms and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice through the Services or by email when required by law. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date. Continuing to use the Services after that date means you accept the revised Terms.

General terms

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, purchase terms, and applicable additional terms are the entire agreement between you and Zeneno concerning the Services and replace prior agreements on the same subject. You may not assign these Terms without Zeneno's written consent; Zeneno may assign them as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or by operation of law.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only as much as necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience. The words "including" and "such as" are not limiting. Electronic notices and records satisfy written-notice requirements to the extent permitted by law.
